Management Plan (DMP)
Completed inventory analysis of 330 destination assets, market-readiness assessment, experience development strategy, long-term marketing plan, and Destination Management Plan.

Culinary & Agritourism for Grande Prairie Regional Tourism Association (GPRTA)
Updated asset inventory for culinary and agritourism, interactive Google sector map, partnership and new experience suggestions, creation of market-readiness checklist; provided training for DMO staff on using key tools for ongoing program maintenance.

Philip J. Currie Museum Fossil Safari
Partnership tour creation (market research, financial analysis and logistics) with Wild Blue Yonder to improve the Museum’s existing tour, including testing three pilots; provided staff training in customer service that improved visitor engagement, satisfaction and return visitation.

Aseniwuche Winewak Nation (AWN) Tourism
Government relations and grant management regarding land acquisition of their traditional lands for the AWN cultural camp and funding for facility enhancement, training for citizens and tourism entrepreneurs in Grande Cache resulting in 11 trained entrepreneurs and 5 new businesses.

Conducted market research to support the launch of luxury safari-style glamping sites in Jasper and Banff, identifying geo-targeted land opportunities and outlining development requirements, constraints, and long-term lease or acquisition options.
